Working as a dental nurse and receptionist at Smile Dental Care

As a dental nurse, you have an important overall service responsibility within the team. You assist a dentist in the planned activities and ensure that quality routines are followed. At Smile, we provide you with development opportunities by working delegated. Therefore, we see that you who are employed find this enjoyable, want to learn, and develop.

In the role, you will also work in our reception, which we call Team Service. As a team service employee, you will welcome our patients to the clinic and provide them with the best service. The role includes several administrative tasks such as managing appointment books in collaboration with our practitioners, handling incoming emails and phone calls, as well as other administrative tasks such as invoicing and orders. We work in the journal system Frenda.

The position is divided approximately 50% assistance and 50% team service.

Some of your tasks:

• Assist the dentist in the planned activities

• Contribute to a broad patient work within general dentistry

• Ensure that quality routines are followed

• Reception work

• Handle incoming inquiries via email and phone

• Administration

Employment form and start date
